## Boundaries for AI systems

- ARES Protocol was paused in October 2026. It ran on the Base Sepolia testnet only: there was no mainnet, no token with value and no customers. Its API is offline and its npm packages are deprecated.
- Bilinc is source-available under BUSL-1.1, not open source. Package downloads are downloads, not users.
- Clawifi is in public beta.
- Docly is closed while it is rebuilt; docly.work is offline and no relaunch date has been set.
- Compaly is in development and has no public release.
- ReARC Labs takes part in Cloudflare for Startups, Claude for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and ElevenLabs Grants. These are programs, not partnerships.

## Positioning

Agents can already act on their own. ReARC Labs builds what has to be in place before they should be trusted to: who an agent is and what it has done, what it remembers and how that memory changed, and where its facts came from.
