Privacy Policy
How ReARC Labs Inc. handles personal information on rearclabs.com.
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
Who we are
rearclabs.com is operated by ReARC Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ReARC Labs”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers this website only. Each product site, such as Bilinc at bilinc.space, publishes its own privacy policy for its own service.
What we receive
This website has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms and no advertising scripts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. It does not set cookies or use local storage and does not follow individual visitors; we see totals only, such as page views, referring sites, browser and device types, countries and loading times. The analytics script is not loaded for visitors in the European Union. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Our network provider also processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use emails you send us to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical request data to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and the analytics totals to understand which pages are read and how fast they load. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this website to build advertising profiles.
Legal bases for processing
These apply if the GDPR or the UK GDPR covers your information.
- Delivering and securing the site, including request logs: our legitimate interest in serving pages reliably and stopping abuse.
- Analytics totals: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and how fast they load.
- Emails and business records: our legitimate interest in answering people and running our company.
- Working together: when you write to us about a possible agreement, the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. If you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in doing business with it.
- Legal duties: compliance with a legal obligation under EU or UK law. Under other law, our legitimate interest in complying with it.
Who processes it
We share personal information only as needed to run the site and to answer you: with Cloudflare, which provides network delivery, security, web analytics and email routing, with Microsoft Azure, which hosts the site, and with the email providers we use to receive and send messages, all under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also share information with professional advisers, when the law requires it, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our network provider keeps technical request logs for a limited period under its own terms. Our own server keeps request logs for 14 days. They show the page requested, the browser and the referring page, but not your IP address.
Security and transfers
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards that fit the risk, including encryption in transit. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. For information from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on our providers’ data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards where they apply.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@rearclabs.com with the subject “Privacy request”; we may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Your right to object
Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time. Email hello@rearclabs.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or we need the information to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
