Agreement

These terms govern your use of rearclabs.com (the “Site”), operated by ReARC Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ReARC Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only

The Site describes ReARC Labs and its products. It is for general information and is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token or other financial instrument, and nothing on it promises a return. ARES Protocol is described on the Site as a testnet project, and its mainnet is not live.

Products have their own terms

Each product, such as Bilinc at bilinc.space, is governed by the terms published on its own site. If those terms conflict with these terms for that product, the product’s terms apply to the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, or to copy it in bulk in a way that burdens it. Automated access that follows our robots.txt is welcome.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design and marks belong to ReARC Labs or its licensors. Names and logos of other companies and programs shown on the Site belong to their owners; showing them describes our participation in a program and does not mean that the owner endorses us.

Third-party links

The Site links to other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReARC Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version applies from the date shown on this page; continuing to use the Site after that date means you accept it.
